CDL Study App is an educational tool designed for study and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee that use of the Service alone will result in passing any official exam.

Responsibility: Users must ensure they meet all state and federal requirements for CDL licensing.

Access: Paid content and Pro features are granted through valid purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Payments: We do not store payment information directly; all billing is managed by the respective app platform.

Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscription terms, renewals, and refunds are strictly governed by the policies of Apple or Google.

Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are managed through the platform used to download the app.

Refunds: We are unable to issue refunds directly. All requests must follow the specific refund policies of the App Store or Google Play.

Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use

All content, including questions, explanations, simulators, and design elements, are the property of DMV Learning

Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Prohibited Acts: Misusing the Service, attempting to reverse engineer the app, or using it for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.

Liability & Pass Guarantee

Any success rate information or pass guarantees apply only under the specific conditions explained in our Pass Guarantee Policy.
